All products from Walk In His Light are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printimo. Because every item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind orders.
Damaged or defective items If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a free replacement or refund. To request this, please email us at [your email] within 30 days of delivery with:
- A clear photo of the issue
- A photo of the barcode label on the packaging
- Your order number
Not eligible for refunds or replacements
- Wrong size, colour, or artwork ordered by the customer
- Change of mind after delivery
- Print placement within normal production tolerances
